Oklahoma Conservative Values Delegates Legal Defense Fund

What we are after:

Follow the RULES! We seek the recognition that the Rules of the Oklahoma Republican Party and National Republican Party were NOT followed in the election of Delegates and Alternates. The only means and method of holding those responsible is to Contest the results of the 2012 Oklahoma GOP State Convention. The Party should acknowledge the lack of election, and declare the disputed seats vacant, allowing for them to be filled acccording to the Rules of the Republican Party.

Who we are:

On May 12th, 2012, a major series of violations occured at the Oklahoma State Republican Party Convention. As a result, a group of Delegates to the State Convention have filed a complaint with the Republican National Committee. These things unfortunately require attorneys, and so we have created an official "Legal Defense Fund" to help offset our costs. None of us are wealthy, but all of us are committed to forcing the GOP to follow the Rules of the Republican Party, the Rules of the Oklahoma Party, Roberts Rules of Order, and the Laws of Oklahoma and the United States. Thank you for your contribution above - we have taken the time to set up a legal structure for this, including a Tax ID number and bank account for this purpose only. This website has been loaned to this effort as an in-kind contribution, for as long as is necessary. All contributions will go to pay for the following:

Attorney fees

Potential travel and lodging of witnesses and/or complaintants
